What Is Kinf_olk's Returns Policy?
Return or exchange unwanted items purchased instore within 30 days from purchase for an exchange, store credit / voucher. For online purchases you have 30 days from purchase to return the item for an exchange, store credit / voucher or a refund as per your statutory rights. Any returned goods must be unused/unworn and in the same condition as it was when you received it, must include all tags/ labels and be in its original packaging. The cost of returning unwanted items is at your expense and as we do not offer a collection service you should use your own carrier. We recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “proof of posting”, as until the parcel is received by us, it will remain your responsibility.
How Do I Return or Exchange Unwanted Items?
Simply contact us regarding your order to ensure we are able to quickly process your return or exchange.
Make sure that all returned items are unused/unworn. Any items returned should be in the same condition as it was when you received it. Must include all tags or labels and be in its original packaging.
