Customers shipping to the United Kingdom, may notice delays in expected delivery times. Please be aware, orders shipping to the United Kingdom, that are valued over £135 are subject to tax & duty as per local laws and legislation. How quickly will I receive my order?
All orders placed Monday - Thursday are dispatched within 24-48hrs from your purchase date and time.
For orders placed Friday - Sunday please allow 36-48hrs for dispatch.
Most packages are delivered within 5 business days of their dispatch. Normally all products on our website are held in stock, but on the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.

What happens if I am not available when you try to deliver my order?
If you are not at home to accept the delivery, we'll leave a card with the courier's contact details. You can then give them a call to re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect your order.
What should I do if I haven't received my order, or I have a problem?

Is my order subject to duty payments and customs?
All orders dispatched outside the EU are sent free of any Irish taxes. Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. **Please be advised that you can also read this information during the checkout process by clicking 'Tax & Duties May Apply' before you complete your purchase.
For example: For the following Non-EU countries, if the order value is over the following threshold, charges may apply. US is $800, Canada is $20, and AU is $1000.
The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they're aware they will be responsible for any additional charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we're unable to offer any assistance on these processes. Republic of Ireland
Free National shipping on orders over €100.
Orders are subject to a delivery charge of €10.00 if under €100.
Mainland UK & NI
Orders placed in the UK and NI are subject to a delivery charge of €15. All orders received before 3 pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched same day. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning or Tuesday if on a bank holiday. Please note that due to Brexit there may be delays receiving your order. Additional charges may be added at the time of delivery that may include VAT, customs or excise duties that are beyond our control. Similar charges may apply if you wish to return any item relating to import transport fees.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we cannot redirect items once dispatched. For security purposes, we may need to contact card providers to confirm your details.
